Introducing a new space for the Mental Health and Addiction Lived Experience workforce to come together and explore the power of data using the KPI Programme indicators!

Facilitated by Rana Te Huia, General Manager at Balance Aotearoa, this series of wānanga-style workshops offers a unique opportunity to learn about the collection, interpretation, and application of data within the mental health and addiction sectors. These workshops are designed with the lived experience workforce in mind, fostering a supportive environment for learning, sharing, and growing together. Whether you’re new to data or looking to enhance your knowledge, this forum provides a platform for connection, empowerment, and collaboration in the pursuit of better outcomes for the communities we serve.

When we centre lived experience and empower communities with data, we unlock the potential for real change – data becomes not just numbers, but a tool for advocacy and transformation.

All Benchmarking Breakouts are run in a wānanga style. They are informal spaces where our workforce can ask questions and contribute safely with peers.
